Please note this important update regarding our phased reopening schedule. The original plan is detailed below. Phases 1 and 2 began on their anticipated start dates (7/6 and 7/20). However, we will be delaying the start of Phase 3 to a date TBD. This is not due to any health or safety issue. Welcome home! 110 Fitness is back open!

Just as Massachusetts has been reopening businesses in phases, 110 Fitness will be getting back to our regular class schedule in three phases to ensure the health and safety of our community. Phase 1 began 7/6; Phase 2, tent. July 20th; Phase 3, tent. August 3rd. HOWEVER, the start of phases two and three are tentative and pending the success of the previous phase. Please see the class schedule below, which indicates which classes are included in each phase.
Phase 1 (Began 7/6) YELLOW
Phase 2 (Tent. Begins July 20th) GREEN
Phase 3 (Tent. Begins August 3rd) BLUE

If you haven’t yet, please read the 110 Fitness Reopening Policies & Procedures. We want to emphasize that we are only allowed a certain number of people in the building at any given time. Unfortunately, this means that caregivers will not be allowed to stay in the building during class time. Caregivers are expected to leave the building after bringing their boxer in and making sure they are settled safely with staff or a volunteer with water and boxing gloves in hand.
