Front Desk Position  

110 Fitness, the largest wellness center in the world for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease, is looking for a responsible and reliable individual to assist with our front desk operations and be a part of our fun and inspirational community! This position is scheduled for 12-15 hours per week and includes working Saturday mornings with a potential for growth. This role assists with the following tasks:

  • Provide customer service to our members and prospective members in a kind and friendly manner.
    • Including processing membership transactions as well as retail sales in our database, Zen Planner.
    • Answering questions pertaining to our program
    • Giving tours to prospective members
  • Checking in members when they arrive for class.
  • Cleaning the facility regularly.
  • Answering the phone/checking voicemail/communications via e-mail
  • Restocking/organizing inventory for retail store.
    • Communicate to owner items needed for reorder.
  • Assist with events as needed.
  • Assist with other tasks as delegated by the owner.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, efficient, effective, and has great attention to detail with experience in customer service and proficient computer skills.
